Cansbridge 10X: A FREE Summer Series to Boost Your Career

School's out for the summer, but there's no better time to level up your skills and network for the next job search. Since 2011, the Cansbridge Fellowship has helped hundreds of students secure their dream internships, and now — thanks to support from RBC — can scale this programming to youth across Canada.

Enter: Cansbridge 10X, a FREE summer event series for youth (ages 18–29) in Canada to boost their mindset, skill set, and network

It includes:

1. In-person kick-off events in Toronto and Vancouver (June 25th) featuring a Cansbridge-classic activity, "Rejection Olympics"

2. Biweekly online sessions (July 2nd to August 13th) helping participants -Deliver a Personal Pitch: Develop a 60-second personal pitch to communicate your superpowers to a prospective employer -Create a Personal CRM: Learn how to build and maintain your professional network with a personal relationship managing system -Master Cold Outreach: Take your employment search into your own hands by crafting impactful cold outreach to any prospective mentor or employer -Develop Cross-Cultural Relations: Develop the awareness and humility required to succeed in new cultural environments, whether at home or abroad

3. In-person closing celebrations in Toronto and Vancouver (September date TBD) featuring early talent recruiters
